Cancellation Policy

1. TERM. The term of this Agreement shall commence effective from the date of purchase and shall continue in effect until terminated by either Party to this Agreement after receiving cancelation notice. 2. SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED. (a) Purchase of services from Beckham Consulting, LLC, "the Company" shall provide services in but limited to consulting services. Buyer, "Client," understands full participation is required for the best outcome, and failure to participate can cause delays in the performance or growth of the Client. The services provided by The Company are those services and goods listed on the website and consist of hourly services or plan purchases. Locations for group events/coaching are to be agreed upon by both parties, and written locations and agendas are to be set before the meeting. Beckham Consulting may request the Client to be open to changes in schedule(s) from time to time, including office spaces and event support if group size requires larger event space. (b) The Client is aware that each coaching session is specifically designed for the Client and is based on the Client's specific needs. The Client is solely responsible for the progress made and does not hold Beckham Consulting, LLC, or its employees responsible and accountable for results. (c) NO REFUNDS are offered for any services the Client purchases. We are committed to providing you with the best possible coaching experience, so we take the time to plan personalized coaching sessions that meet your specific needs. We understand that your time is valuable, and we respect that. Therefore, we request that you notify us of any cancellations 48 hours prior to the scheduled event. This will allow us to make necessary adjustments and offer the same quality service to others. Beckham Consulting, LLC is not a licensed therapist or claims to be licensed/certified.
